All sales are final. Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, SKD Creations does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at office@skdcreations.com

within 3 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. A replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Once shipped, SKD Creations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
